The hot tapping and line stop operations cane be carried out on high pressure and high temperature environment. The hot tapping and line plugging operations allows pipeline to be operational while carrying out any modifications without shutting down the pipelines or any other utilities inside the plant. These services are very extensively used by all the major Oil and Gas pipeline operators, Refineries, Plants where the shutdown is not an option. These operations saves lot of time and cost as compares to shut down. Our Hot tapping and Line plugging are very cost effective and allows repairs/modifications to be carried out without any stoppages to the existing operations in very timebound and cost-effective manner. These services can be used in any of the environment and the engineered solutions can be provided to any specific problems. These services can also be used in any pipeline network where there is connection required without shutdown.
The Hot tapping operations allows customer/operators to take connection from line without have any shutdown or disruption to pipeline operations. This allows customers to connect new lines, tie inns, connect new section of pipeline etc.
The line stopping operations allows customer to replace, repair, modify existing pipeline without any shutdown. These operations is carried out by providing bypass arrangements where the modification work is carried out and the pipeline can be in operations using the bypass installed. The line stop operations can be used in variety of problems liken replacement of pipeline section, replacement of leaking valves, installing new valves, installation of any new component in the existing system without shutting the pipeline network and various other applications like replacement of HDD section with new HDD section
These solutions prevent shutdown and keeps the pipeline network operating during the work. The complete operations is carried out while the pipeline is operating, means no SHUT DOWN”
